Patient Intelligence was designed a new, revolutionary way to analyze patient data over time. It provided the user a chance to customize a journey based on desired analytics.

The primary questions included:

• How do we create a visual workflow for something so complicated like patient data (collection, modification, analysis) over time?
• How can the user navigate through different apps within the same product to get the information they need in a timely manner?
• How does the user customize the data for an individual journey to see trends over time, demographics, prescripton trends, volume lines, among other variables?

Investment Company Institute Website Redesign

The previous website for the Investment Company Institute provided a complicated user experience, with too many clicks, clustering, and an ineffective search. The website was moved into Drupal and completely redesigned.

The primary questions included:

• How do we enhance the search to bring up relevant information and get the user to the desired page effectively?
• Based on SEO data, how can we point user to the most commonly accessed pages to reduce search time and clicks on the website?
• How do we update the look of the website to be more modern yet familiar with internal and external users to not be frustrated?
